Championship Wrestling (CW) is an online e-federation founded in 2013. It houses two brands: Empire on Monday nights and Shock on Thursday nights, in 2013 Carnage was cancelled leaving only Shock as the promotions main stream show, in 2014 Vince McMahon brought Empire together.

History[]

The Beginning (2013-2014)[]

Paul Heyman started Championship Wrestling in 2013, the first pay-per-view was by the name of Unstoppable and a first CW Champion, CW Universal Champion and the CW Tag Team Champion's were all crowned at the first pay-per-view, later on CW introduced the CW Iron Man Championship to the company in early 2013. Since November the current champions for the Championship Wrestling promotion are, Jon Moxley (World), Brad Maddox & Jake Carter (Tag Team), Aksana (Women's) and Christian (Iron Man), in late November-December the Universal Championship was unified with the Iron Man Championship when Christopher Daniels (then-Iron Man) defeated Wade Barrett (then-Universal) to unify the two title belts. In 2013 a match between Sterling James Keenan and Jay Briscoe in a World Championship tournament ending with Briscoe passing out, instead of tapping or giving up, giving the thoughts of Jay Briscoe's career for 2014. In 2013, Carnage was discontinued from the ranks of Championship Wrestling, and the soul show would continue to be Shock on Thursday nights, in 2014 Vince McMahon brought another brand to the ranks of Championship Wrestling and all titles would continue to be able to go to both shows.

Brand split (2014-present)=[]

In 2014 CW made the Take Your Pick ladder match and the winners of the briefcases would also be able to appear on both shows along with the champions in Championship Wrestling.
